Seller reviewOur overall experience with Tom Apa could not have been better. I was overwhelmed by the selling process but Tom took care of everything and made us feel secure and comfortable. Tom was available to answer any questions I had at any time and also handled all interactions with the buyer. He also helped us by watching over the house when we could not be around and got us excellent referrals to get the house cleaned and emptied. Finally and most importantly, he knew exactly how to price the house so that it was within a range that made it available to more buyers who were searching the internet and MLS. He was able to get so much interest in the house that the price he got for us was much more than I had expected. I could not possibly have asked for more from anyone else.We received outstanding value for our money and I would recommend him over any other real estate agent. Our overall experience with Tom Apa could not have been better. I was overwhelmed by the selling process but Tom took care of everything and made us feel secure and comfortable.

Seller reviewTom Apa was great to work with. He was honest helpful and very knowledgeable and knew the Levittown market well. During the sale, we discovered open building permits. Tom helped by recommending electrical and general contractors. That expedited the quick closure of the open permits. Without Toms's knowledge getting to the closure would have taken much longer. Tom worked hard with advertising the property open houses and showings. In the future, if I ever need a real estate agent Tom would be my first choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to my friends and family.
