Todd was born and raised in Abbeville, AL . After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and served for almost ten years as an Avionic Communication/Navigation Specialist. He was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Todd relocated to Boone in 1996 and began his career in the sales industry. He quickly excelled and was promoted to sales manager while recognizing the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of clients. After several successful real estate investment projects, Todd decided to pursue a career in real estate. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in the High Country area. Todd is excited to be a part of the team at Century 21 Mountain Vistas and looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewTodd is one of those people who feels like a friend within minutes. He's always got your jest interest in mind, is very easy to work. Todd was always at the ready for a quick call, text or email to answer our questions no matter how small. We found the home of our dreams and he handled every step of the process. He was at the house checking on things when we couldn't be, he always had a high quality referral for any connections we needed like lenders, plumbers and even a fence builder. After we had already closed on the home he even came out to the house to answer some questions for us we had after the fact. He's seriously a one man army when it comes to buying a home and having 25 years experience in the area he had a lay of the land we simply couldn't achieve on our own. I would highly recommend Todd Reeder to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, He makes the process a thousand times easier!
