My fondest memories of growing up in the Texas Hill Country are of long summer days spent at the river with friend and gave me a deep seeded love for the Texas Hill Country. The feelings evoked by the rivers, hills and those incredible sunsets are truly one of a kind and can only be found here! I am a 6th generation Texan and have a true love for the land and the Texas Hill country as well as over 20 years in the Real Estate industry, allowing me to offer more to my clients. Community is a huge part of me and volunteerism and even larger part of my life. Currently serving as a Trustee on the Wimberley ISD School Board as well as serving on the Advisory Board for Camp Good Sam serving our elementary age students to prevent summer backslide and finally as a Board Director for the Hays County Appraisal district. I am highly connected in the community both locally and throughout the Hill Country which can only benefit you!

Traci is a wealth of knowledge about the areas we were looking. She knew which homes to steer us away from or what areas may have potential problems such as flooding or foundation problems. She knew the offers to make and helped a first time buyer through the details of closing.

Traci made herself very available to work with my schedule. She knew we had to act quick on new homes coming onto the market. I also appreciated her no nonsense attitude.

I know we would not have home we do now if not for Traci. Her cover letter to the seller about our situation of searching for months and being outbid twice touched the prior owners. They had a similar experience and chose us out of 11 bids of which we were not the highest bidder! We could not be more grateful.

I knew Traci was experienced in the area; I didn't do a lot of research to verify that and her sales. She had a good offer on the place when I put it on the market years ago, but it became necessary for me at that time to pull it off the market. I stayed loosely I touch with Traci for several years just to keep a general handle on market variation s, and when the time was right she put it on the market and sold it immediately to people who saw it before the formal listing. She definitely knows what she is doing, and if I ever needed to, I would rely on her again.

I have given top scores on the whole checklist because there is nothing to fault. Traci is a thoroughbred professional.

The whole process was smooth and I walked away with right at the cash amount I had used as an estimate in my earliest calculations.

I may lack credibility for giving a perfect score, but again, I find no fault. And patience and understanding were probabluy needed for this long term project!

I really appreciated the photos and virtual tour. They were the best I e ever seen, and seemed like somewhat of a gift given the timing of the sale.
