I was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania and have always felt drawn to the beautiful countryside I consider my home. My grand collegiate adventure took place at Bloomsburg University where I walked away with a BA in Communication Studies and Psychology. I promptly moved back to the family farm and settled into that thing they call "The Real World". Several years later I started my real estate career doing marketing and clerical work in the CENTURY 21 offices and instantly fell in love with the business. Now it is my pleasure to introduce people from all over the world to the little slice of paradise I am lucky enough to call home. Buyer reviewIt has been a pleasure working with Tyler and her associates at Century 21 in Hamlin. It was a long search to find something that suited our desires fit into our price range (which was limited), and had good bones. Tyler took the time to understand what we were looking for, and offer information on items which seemed to fit our requirements. She was very patient and went the extra mile to answer questions. there were major problems with the choice of mortgage brokers that had nothing to do with our realtor. The mortgage company had an internal upheaval that we and several other buyers were caught in the middle of. The house itself was in an estate where the seller pushed an accelerated closing and their was another buyer waiting right behind us. it was the most trying 45 days I have ever spent. Tyler facilitated keeping the process moving forward and suffered though the whole mess with us. Without her I'm not sure we would have closed in time. Her associates went househunting with us in a remote area in the dark in a place with no lights and electricity. they were real troupers. I would recommend Century 21 in Hamlin and tyler in particular to friends and family.

Seller reviewTyler is ethical, honest, diligent, and friendly. Realtors get a bad rap sometimes for being tricky, telling half-truths, stealing leads from each other, and ultimately being driven by greed. None of these things apply to Tyler Marie Simons and I expect her to be my agent for life.

Tyler was able to answer most of our questions right away, and the few that she was unable to, were answered very timely. Questions and concerns were encouraged, giving us the feeling she really cared about our comfort level, and making sure the purchase was a good fit for us. Meetings at the property and telephone contacts were made that fit into our schedule, and overall Tyler made this a good experience along with the Century 21 select group.
