She kept me informed through the entire process and took care of arranging inspections, surveyors, etc. Since I do not live in the area I had to depend on her to facilitate all aspects of the transaction. The sale even closed ahead of schedule and the buyer was thrilled. I would recommend Vikki to anyone looking to buy or sell in the St. Joseph area, especially if you are from out of town.
