Hello, Virginia Ferguson here... Life-long resident of the greater Triangle. Whether you are at the beginning of your real estate search or buying your 5th home as an investor, the best decision you can make is partnering with an experienced and expert broker agent. I have been marketing properties and negotiating for buyers and seller since 1986 in the Triangle area.
I live in rural Orange County on my family farm, have 6 Grands and love traveling, reading and catching up with old friends. I've enjoyed a life long experience of raising money for non-profits, being involved in local church communities, serving as a docent at the Executive Mansion in Raleigh and the pleasure of reading to children in the local schools.

She was the agent who helped sell our first home so we could move into a retirement community in 2021. When we decided to move in 2022 we called Virginia to help us indour new home. She made recommendations for minor improvements we could do, staged the home nicely and the house was under contract within 3 days. Virginia assisted with a smooth closing and transition to the new owner. Once it was in her hands we had to do little but sign the papers.
