Seller reviewShe went above and beyond her duties as a agent. I am in Michigan and couldn't come to Tennessee for Christmas. I mailed her stuff and she decorated my Father's grave for me and sent pictures. In my book she's not an agent but an Angel!

Buyer reviewAs this was an across the country transaction site unseen, Virginia was excellent with her communications and knowledge with me being it over the phone, texts and emails. My sister and her husban live near the property so Virginia was able to set up meetings with them at the site that fit their schedule. This was very helpful to me to get a complete understanding of the property without being there. The programs Virginia used to email me documents to sign were very easy to understand and use. I loved her southern charm and the way she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I hope to one day to actually meet Virginia Wilder in person.
