Wade was referred by the listing agent because he had special knowledge about this property. And he was very familiar with this ranch. He had gone through the inspections for this property with the anticipation of the sale of this property to another potential buyer before we were interested in buying this ranch.

He kept us informed constantly, we never had to ask if something had occurred. He was quick to call, email, or text when needed. We always felt like we were in good hands. We always knew where we were on the timeline! And that was important because ours was a complicated transaction with a 1031 exchange. We will recommend him to our friends. I believe that that is as good as it gets!

I began working with Wade Dahl in 2006 while out of state and pursuing plans to return to my home state of Texas. Having completed prior transactions in the past with at least 20 agents throughout Texas, Florida and Arizona, I found Wade to be the MOST professional of all.

His relaxed and patient demeanor completely eliminated personal stress in the location, negotiation and closing phases of both transactions where he represented me as a buyer.

for buying a property, I would only go to Wade. For selling a property I might go elsewhere to reduce the sales commission. I sold a house recently for a total of 4% commission not the 6 percent that I have now. 5.0
