Seller reviewBill Caddy did a great job especially with the safety protocols necessary during this COVID 19 crisis. He gave us a clear, detailed description of the sales process prior to officially becoming our agent. As our agent he quickly responded to calls and emails. He gave us good advice on how to deal with issues found in our home inspection including recommendations for contractors who made needed repairs at fair cost. His recommendations of a title company and moving company proved to be excellent as well.
