Bill is totally the best!!!! Communication all the way !!! As I said Bill went above and beyond any expectations Bill went above and beyond all expectations!! The buyers were so obnoxious but Bill stayed calm cool and professional all the way through.

I would strongly recommend that buyers/sellers sign with Bill Decook. Bill is an honest and down to earth real estate agent that goes above and beyond. Bill made sure that the house we were selling was in the best possible condition and went above and beyond what is required of a real estate agent numerous times. Bill Decook was not afraid to make suggestions on repairs (even small things we did not think about) and then after thinking about the situation come back and make additional suggestions. Some examples of this are the kitchen ceiling needed patching initially we were going to just leave the ceiling 'as is' but later Bill told us he really thought the ceiling needed to be fixed. Bill told us exactly what needed to be done and exactly how to do it. But the next day when we met with Bill he offered to fix the ceiling knowing that my husband was working 12 hour days! Bill patched the ceiling almost immediately and did an outstanding job. Another situation we ran into was the day before the 24 hours inspection Bill went to the house to ensure everything was still ok. He noticed the sump pump appeared to be having problems and immediately tried to fix it. Upon realizing it was just too old and could not be fixed he called me. Unfortunately I was without a car and and could not go get another sump pump. Bill immediately offered to go get one and bring it to the house AND install it. But when Bill got back to the house the old pump appeared to be working just fine so we decided to leave the old one but keep the new pump just in case. Good thing we did because when the other agent went to do the 24 hour inspection the old sump pump was acting up again. Bill jumped right in and rearranged his whole day and went down and installed the new sump pump. This was a God sent to us as my husband was working, I had no car and there was not enough time to call a plumber to have the pump fixed before closing. Bill showed by example how professional he was and never made us feel overwhelmed. He just took everything in stride and we so appreciated that. Bill Decook was recommended to us by a dear friend and we could not have been happier. I have and will continue to recommend Bill Decook to any one that I know that is buying or selling a house.

We are very pleased that we used Mr.Bill Decook and team member Janine DeCook. They were excellent with representing our home to the public. Their accessibility was excellent. There was never an email or telephone call to them that was not answered in a quick response and as a seller this was so helpful. When we were having problems with our computer and could not use online signing for several contract papers they drove to our location by Lake Ontario which was at least a 45 minute for them. This was so helpful during the winter months when weather is so unpredictable. We would recommend their services to any person who is thinking about selling or purchasing a home. Bill always responds quickly and accurately, no matter how trivial there question. Had a great experience as a first tone home buyer. Bill was patient working through a few hurdles we ran into during the process due to personal issues that arose. Overall great guy will definitely use him again for future real estate transactions.
