After going to a realtor friend for advice, she recommended Zachary Deatherage from her team as someone who could help us sell our house. Previous dealings with realtors had really soured our impression of what they did and how they earned their commission and we wanted to avoid those headaches if we could. Zach and his team blew our expectations out of the water. Although he was new to selling in our area, his understanding of the process and how to market during this crazy time really showed. His team was extremely prompt to reach out and complete each step of the paperwork and contract process. The virtual stager did a great job in helping us use the furnishings we already had to make the house look great. The videographer spoke with us and learned what we though the best parts of our home and yard were and showed them off in the listing pictures. Zach did a wonderful job of guiding us through this fast-paced process with multiple showings and multiple offers. He blew our expectations out of the water, and we would highly recommend him to others!
