Background: Stephen R. Braese was born and raised in Woburn, MA. He grew up on Carroll Road and is a graduate of the Class of 1978 from Woburn High School. Steve went on to attend Roger Williams University in Rhode Island and graduated in 1983 with his Business Degree in Management. He also has a minor in finance. He continued his education with Wentworth Institute and received a Construction Management Certificate in 1985. Stephen is married to Bonnie and they have two children Elisabeth and Jonathan. Both children graduated from Woburn Memorial High School and are now attending college. They reside on Diana Drive in Woburn with their dog Samantha. Steve was very active for many years in Woburn sports and politics while his children were growing up. These days during his free time, Steve enjoys sailing and spending time fishing.
Steve has served on numerous boards and committees in Woburn throughout the years including Ward 7 Alderman (2000-2006), Planning Board (1992-2000), Board of Appeals (2006-2008), Cemetery Commission (2008-2012) and Board of Directions-Woburn Council of Social Concern. Steve also serves on the Brokers Council for the Northeast Region and has been elected the President of the Council for 2012.

My name is Cliff Ponte, I am a full-time, full service real-estate agent and partner with Century 21 Associates. I was born and raised in Fall River. I attended Durfee High School, Bristol Community College and Umass Dartmouth where I graduated with high honors. I was very fortunate growing up. I was brought up with a loving and supporting family of which I am grateful every-single day for. While I was attending high-school, I noticed that most of my friends where getting their license and their car. I was into playing football and baseball. However, I wanted the best of both worlds, I wanted to play sports and have my license. But, I couldn't. I needed to purchase a car, pay for my car insurance and gas. I couldn't do that playing sports. So, I quit playing sports and worked at a local sub-shop. I hated every minute of working for 7.00 per hour and making subs. I wanted more, I wanted to be successful, I wanted to be a millionaire. I realized at a young age that I wasn't going to 'be handed' the keys to a vault with millions of dollars in it. I was in search of a job that can be rewarding and fun. I took my real-estate exam and worked Part-Time at Bank of America and real-estate. However, I hated 'punching a clock' so I made a move to get into real-estate full-time. It was in the middle of the worst recession since the great depression. But, I was bound for success. I had the support from my family and the most supportive real-estate company in the area. Since September of 2007, I have been employed as a full-time REALTOR with Century 21 and I wouldn't change a thing. I enjoy waking up every morning representing my company. As of January 2013, I have been promoted as partner in our firm at Century 21 Associates. For hobbies, I enjoy watching baseball, football, spending time with my family and friends and working at Cat Country 98.1 in Providence.
