With more than 35 years of real estate experience, Mary Lou believes her tremendous success comes from her commitment to her clients. Her philosophy is simple: she believes in treating you in the way she would like to be treated.
Her honest, approachable manner has earned an impeccable reputation in the industry. She is detail oriented throughout the entire real estate transaction. She goes beyond the basic level of service on every transaction. She enjoys going the extra mile by double and triple checking every detail. Mary Lou takes pride in serving her clients through thoughtful discussions during the entire process.
Mary Lou was the first REALTOR in Indianapolis to be accredited as an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) by Dave Ramsey, a personal money management expert, national syndicated radio host, and author of the New York Times best selling books, in 2004. REALTORS who are accredited follow strict guidelines. Mary Lou is proud to represent Dave Ramsey as an ELP.
Mary Lou's impressive customer service has received numerous awards. She is the four-time winner of the coveted Broker/Owner/Salesperson of the Year. This award is especially meaningful because it is earned through nominations from Realtors throughout Indianapolis. She has been a consistent multi-million producer for her entire career, but she believes her greatest accomplishment is earning referrals from satisfied clients.
A native Hoosier, Laurie grew up in Columbus, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a BSN in Nursing. Prior to real estate, Laurie was a nurse for 15 years. She moved to Zionsville from the south side of INdianapolis because she fell in love with the Zionsville Community.
She takes her caring approach from nursing to all of her clients and loves to help them find their dream home. She is extreamly detailed and enjoys assisting her clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Laurie is an active athlete and is always on the go. You might find Laurie at the tennis courts or weightlifting with her husband. She has three children and they are equally as busy in the Zionsville school system. As a family, they love hiking and spending time oudoors in the country.
I enjoy helping folks sell their current home and find their next one. It's very satisfying for me to work with first time home buyers.
My family and I are active with our church, Meridian Street United Methodist, in Indianapolis . . . . I sing in the choir and we are heavily involved with the Interfaith Hospitality Network hosting homeless families at church several times each year. I enjoy volunteering in Zionsville with the annual Ghost Walk each October through the Sullivan Munce Cultural Center. I am currently serving on the Board of the Sullivan Munce (2014). I have served in various capacities in Zionsville with the Village Resident's Association. Finally, I was involved in our daughter's high school Rowing Team through the Indianapolis Rowing Center.
As a child, my family moved to several communities throughout the state of Indiana and built a new home in each town. My love of home construction started at an early age and I secured my contractors license when building my first home as an adult. Because of my interest and background in home construction, I bring added expertise to my clients when purchasing a home.
I enjoy photography, hiking, camping, reading, and traveling in my spare time.

I have been a Realtor for Century 21 for almost 13 years and absolutely love the business and can't imagine doing anything else. It took me a while to get to this point and I would like to share that journey with you:
I was born in Poland and came to the US with my family when I was 10 yrs old. I grew up in La Porte, Indiana, graduated from La Porte High School & then from IU with a BS in Finance. Logically, I worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at La Porte Bank & Trust for 3 years. Then decided to change careers and accepted a sales position with Xerox Corporation. It was something totally "unlike me" and it really made me step out of my comfort zone. I moved to Indianapolis and started a career selling office copiers, scanners and large engineering blue print copiers. I worked for Xerox Engineering Systems for 14 years and then for Oce Engineering Systems for 4 yrs. I had the same territory for 18 years, which included about 1/3 of Indiana. My customers were manufacturing companies & my goal was to understand their engineering process and how my product could help them simplify it. "Customer Care" was the main focus of my business as it was mostly repeat business. It was a good fit for me. I loved the job and therefore I did very well. I was very fortunate to have qualified for many "Presidents Club" trips and have been to a lot of beautiful places. I also invested in some real estate and at one point owned 4 homes on my own.
Then I got married had 3 children and I decided to take a couple years off and stayed at home. After my youngest child went to kindergarten I decided to change careers again. My personal experience in real estate had a big influence on this decision. My parents taught me that real estate is always a great investment. They both worked in factories and spoke very little English at the time. Yet, they were able to send 3 kids through college "flipping" homes in the 70's & 80's. So, I decided to get my real estate license & start a new career. It just seemed to be another good fit for me.
Over the last 35 years, I have lived in Noblesville, Fishers, Washington Township, Pike Township and currently reside on the West side of Carmel for the last 20 years. Time has gone by so fast. Next year I will have 3 kids in college: 2 at Purdue and 1 at IU. Outside of my family and work, I love "get togethers" with family & friends, playing euchre, gardening & cooking.

Semper Fidelis (always faithful) is the Marine's motto which I have strived to follow since being in "The Corp". The Marines taught me the importance of loyalty, honesty and integrity. I will always use these attributes when working with you to sell or find your home. Your interests concerning real estate is my priority.
Buying and selling your home will be one the biggest investment decisions that you will make. I will use my knowledge and expertise to guide you through the complete process of home buying and selling. The biggest part of this is communication. I will make myself accessible to you. I am a professional Firefighter/Paramedic for the Town of Zionsville. When I am not serving the community on duty at the fire station I am actively pursuing a career in helping people/families find the perfect place to call HOME.
What a blessed life I have. My wonderful wife and three children allow me to see the joy life brings. Every day is an adventure. Our kids have swam in the ocean on both coasts, experienced Washington D.C. the beautiful Florida weather (and dolphins), Gettysburg PA, the Smoky Mountains, Mount Rushmore, Yellow Stone, the lights and landmarks of New York, and many other beautiful sights and scenery this wonderful United States of America has to offer. We have lived on both coasts and in the middle!
Professionally I am a member of the IAFF Hamilton County Local 4416. This Union affiliation allows me to support a community of firefighters who strive for a safe work environment and an opportunity to give back to the community.
With all that said I have a true understanding the struggles moving holds. Allow me to help make this adventure one you can enjoy!
