Steve has lived in the Augusta area since 1999 and loves it. "This is a beautiful area, a nice place to rear a family, and a great region in which to enjoy the multiple recreational opportunities." Steve and his wife Rita, have been married for thirty-one years. Rita is a native of Ohio, and cheers for the Ohio State Buckeyes, which raises a lot of eyebrows here in the SEC. Rita has been a public school educator for twenty-nine years, and presently teaches in the Columbia County School system. Steve was born in Indiana and reared in Kentucky, so he has college basketball flowing through his veins. He "bleeds blue!" Steve has a Masters degree and has spent more than thirty years working with humanitarian organizations. He also loves animals and some day hopes to have a place where he can have all kinds of "critters." His adventures in life have taken him to Canada, Germany, Austria, Romania, Moldova, Transnistria, and the Czech Republic.
"I enjoy the opportunity to make new friendships and to enrich old friendships. I love the variety of life and engaging in life experiences I've never had before. " Some of my life principles include; Treat other people the way you want to be treated; Every day of life is a gift from God, so I'm going to make the most of it; Where there's a will, there's a way; The harder I work, the luckier I get!
When it comes to real estate, customer satisfaction is my focus. I understand what it's like to move from one home to another. I have lived in a variety of locations. I was born in the metropolitan area of Indianapolis, IN. I was reared on a farm in the hills of KY. I have worked in the busy urban area of Louisville, KY, and now I live in the slow paced suburban area of Evans, GA. In his lifetime, Steve has moved a total of 13 times. Seven times prior to marriage, and six times since married. He understands the stress and strain of moving, and the needs of your family in a time of transition. Steve's focus is on single family homes in the CSRA, but with his love for golf, his eyes are always on the look for a nice home on a golf course.

"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I am married with three children and I currently reside in Aiken, SC.
Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous.
Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
I've always been a big fan of real estate. No matter if I'm selling, buying, fixing, remodeling, or finding houses, real estate is my passion and love. Being in real estate truly completes my life.
If you would like to contact me, my phone number is 803-998-6651 or you can e-mail me at XLu@C21LarryMiller.com.
Knowledge and familiarity about the area is invaluable in Real Estate. I have been a resident of the CSRA for 30+ years and I've been fortunate to see our community grow and prosper.
My husband and I met in high school and got married soon after graduation. Our two beautiful children soon followed and God set our lives in motion. I love to garden, decorate, cook and read. However, today my hobbies include finding lost cleats, gloves and homework, chauffeuring, warming up pitchers, chaperoning and motivating my children to enthusiastically do their best.
I believe that we should use the gifts we are blessed with to the best of our ability, and my gift is SERVICE!
