Knowledge and familiarity about the area is invaluable in Real Estate. I have been a resident of the CSRA for 30+ years and I've been fortunate to see our community grow and prosper.
My husband and I met in high school and got married soon after graduation. Our two beautiful children soon followed and God set our lives in motion. I love to garden, decorate, cook and read. However, today my hobbies include finding lost cleats, gloves and homework, chauffeuring, warming up pitchers, chaperoning and motivating my children to enthusiastically do their best.
I believe that we should use the gifts we are blessed with to the best of our ability, and my gift is SERVICE! I enjoy helping Buyers look for the perfect home and I welcome the responsibility of assisting Sellers in the sale of their home. As YOUR Realtor, I will use this 'Service' quality to best fulfill your Real Estate needs.

I was born in the spring of 1969 in Athens, Ohio where my father was attending school for his PhD in Physics at the University of Ohio, while working as a postman. After he finished we moved to Illinois, then New Hampshire, and finally on to Long Island New York. My father was a very hard worker and instilled in me the trait of hard work and dedication to a job well done. He exemplified the desire to make anything happen through hard work and dedication.
At the age of 18, I decided to join the Navy and become a Navy SEAL. I accomplished 7 weeks of boot camp, and qualified to attend SPUDS training. Upon review of my medical records I was informed that I could not in fact be a Navy SEAL due to being partially colorblind. I was separated from the Navy at that point, but with the dedication and desire to serve my country, at the age of 20, I decided to join the Army.
From August 1990 until October 2010 I served in the Army. Instilled with patriotism and the desire to succeed and set new standards in every job I was given, I reached the rank of Sergeant First Class before retiring. During the course of my career in the Army I travelled to many locations to include Hawaii, Colorado, South Korea, The Netherlands, Turkey, and finally back to the states where I settled in Augusta, GA and bought my first home in 2004.
I have always believed in a sense of team work. I have played many sports over the years, mainly as a Goal Keeper for soccer teams. From all my experiences, whether it be from the Army or sports, I have learned teamwork, loyalty, dedication, and selfless service to my teammates and peers, and a never give up attitude.
When I retired from the Army in 2010, I was offered a position in an experimental program that took me over to Afghanistan for the last 3 years. I worked 7 days a week, 12 to 16 hours a day, the entire time I was there. Once the program came to an end I decided it was time to put all my efforts into a dream I have always had, that dream was to become a REALTOR. I have finally been able to accomplish that dream!!

"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I am married with three children and I currently reside in Aiken, SC.
Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous.
Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
I've always been a big fan of real estate. No matter if I'm selling, buying, fixing, remodeling, or finding houses, real estate is my passion and love. Being in real estate truly completes my life.
If you would like to contact me, my phone number is 803-998-6651 or you can e-mail me at XLu@C21LarryMiller.com.

I am a member in good standing with the NAR and the GAAR. I have previously been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and take great pride in my strong work ethics.
I actively support our Disabled Veterans of America, GPBS, my local church and believe in giving back by volunteering and in my spare time I enjoy gardening, boating and spending time with my family.
