With over eight years experience as a Loan Processor, I have become intimately familiar with real estate transactions. I have worked closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and escrow officers. Born in Arcardia, I was raised and continue to maintain residence in the beautiful City of Monrovia. Because I believe in having a balanced life, I enjoy being an active participant in the community that I serve. I am an avid fan of Monrovia's weekly Friday farmer's market where I often meet friends, old and new.

Joann Welch began her real estate career as a loan processor in 2001 following a twenty-three year career managing the Duarte operation of a family-owned Italian restaurant. Joann started in residential Real Estate in 2005 as a sales associate, specializing in the residential market across the San Gabriel Valley.
