Having grown up in a family owned and operated restaurant in Goldsboro, NC, I have always loved working with people! I graduated from UNC-CH in 1993 with a BA degree in Industrial Relations and moved to Atlantic Beach to enjoy the summer before searching for a "real" job. Little did I know that I would fall in love with Carteret County and call it home almost immediately! A licensed Real Estate Agent at 19 and a Real Estate Broker at 24, I began selling homes for a local real estate company and realized that I had found my "real" job! I jumped feet first into Real Estate and began learning all that I could about rental, sales, and property management. I am a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, Past-President of our local REALTOR Association, The Carteret County Association of REALTORS, a member of our Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS, and the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Newsom-Ball Realty. I have been a Broker/Owner for the past 12 years and have enjoyed working with many buyers, sellers, homeowners, and renters throughout the years. My husband, Austin, now works with me in the management of our Rental & Property Management division of our company. We are the proud parents of our 4 year old daughter, Reagan, and our 18 year old son, Tanner. We will definitely treat your family like part of ours!

WELCOME TO THE CRYSTAL COAST!! My name is Daniel Nicholson and I have been a licensed real estate broker since the fall of 2002 and have been affiliated with the Century 21 Newsom-Ball family from the outset of my career. Throughout my career I have listed and sold residential and commercial properties across Carteret County and have had the pleasure of meeting and creating great relationships with my clients, many of whom I now consider friends.
Having been born and raised in Carteret County, my wife and I feel extremely blessed to be raising our children in such a beautiful setting. When we are not attending our children's many events, we try to enjoy all that the Crystal Coast has to offer such as boating, fishing, going to the beach,. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, but also enjoy decoy carving with local carvers and the Core Sound Decoy Carvers Guild.
If feel that I can be of service to you and your family in the next purchase or sale of your home or other properties, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. I can best be reached via cell phone and texting at 252-241-6302 and at my email address of email@example.com.
