In addition to this specialized area of real estate, Tom and his team are quite active in the listing and sales of "fair market" residential, lakefront, and second home properties. With the able support of his competent staff, Tom is able to cover a wide range of the real estate market in the north. Although the office is in Elk Rapids, the team handles listings and sales in at least seven counties, including Antrim, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Wexford, Charlevoix, and Kalkaska counties. Tom does not warehouse his listings. Pricing is an art that experience has helped to perfect. He has one of the shortest "Days on Market" averages in the region, and has sold more of his listings in the last 4 years than any other Antrim county agent. Properties listed at the right price make both buyers and sellers happy. Call Tom Wiltse.
