Mark Hampton has been a REALTOR with Randall Morris & Associates since 1998. He is married to Sharon and they have a ten year old daughter, Aubrey Ann. He is a native Texan, born in Brownwood, TX. Mark and his family reside in New Braunfels, where he grew up and attended school. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1980, with a BBA in Finance. While in college, he managed the "Tube Chute" for his father. His management experience continued as he worked for his father in several family owned businesses. He continued his managerial skills at a corporate level for ten years as a Production Manager and as a Quality Control Manager. Mark started his real estate career representing a custom home builder. He incorporated the "Team Concept" into his career by having a real estate partner and a licensed assistant. He is consistently a top listing and sales agent among his associates. He was REALTOR of the year, 2003 for the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REATORS. He has served on the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS Board as Treasurer (2 yrs), also as President-Elect, President and Past President. He is currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Texas Association of REALTORS, Region 7 and is on the Executive Board for TAR. Mark also serves on the Public Policy Committee for both TAR and NAR and the Issues Mobilization Committee for TAR. He has served as Chairman for the Political Affairs Committee for TAR in 2010. Locally, Mark serves on the Executive Board for the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair Elect in 2013. Mark has served as a Board member and team captain for Habitat for Humanity, as a Youth Director at Cross Lutheran Church and is an Elder at Cross Lutheran Church, where he serves on the Board of Elders. He is very active in community fund raising activities such as the Comal County American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Chyrel enjoys her career in real estate, having entered the industry in 1998, after a career in Human Resources Management. As with HR management, real estate gives Chyrel the opportunity to help people reach their goals. Chyrel believes education enhances her ability and relies on her degree in HR Management from the University of Kansas, and numerous real estate education courses. She has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), SENIORS Real Estate Specialist (SRES), GREEN Realtor, plus the e-Pro, Referral & Relocation, and New Home Construction certifications. In her first year in real estate, Chyrel was awarded Rookie of the Year, then she and her partner Mark Hampton were recognized as REALTORS of the Year in 2003. In 2008 Chyrel was recognized by the Women's Council of REALTORS as Businesswoman of the Year. Chyrel recognizes the importance of giving back to the real estate industry. She has volunteered to serve as WCR local chapter president, Texas State chapter District Vice-President, and a two-year term as Secretary for the Central Texas MLS committee. Chyrel & her husband John enjoy playing golf together and spending time with their grandchildren.

Prior to owning and operating my own accounting practice since Oct. 1992, I had over 5 years' experience with Aerospace, and over 6 years' experience with Telecommunications. I have a degree in Accounting and in Business and I obtained my Texas Real Estate License in February 2004. I am a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, San Marcos Area Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors.
After moving to Wimberley in July of 1999 to help out in the family construction business and provide accounting assistant to some of the local businesses, I have been enjoying a more relaxed life style with a smaller customer base. After serving two years in the Marines (enlisted), I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and spent 3 years in the Air Force as Officer-in-Charge of the Security Police at Strategic Air Command Headquarters in Nebraska. After my tour in the Air Force, in 1977, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license. Meeting the two year salesman requirement, I took my Broker's test and have been a Real Estate Broker since. During this time since 1979, I had two successful real estate offices in San Antonio, Texas. In 1984 I decided to take a break from the business world, so I sold the offices and moved to Canyon Lake, Texas. In 1989, I was ready to go back to work and started manufacturing oil tools in West Texas. Since that business could run itself for the most part, Real Estate called again. So in 1999, I started with Randall Morris & Associates in New Braunfels, Texas. Last, but surely not least, I have a great wife, two sons and an 11 year old daughter.
