I have been a licensed Real Estate agent and a resident of Wimberley since 1983.
As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.
I love the Hill Country and will help you find that special property you'll call home. I love Real Estate and I would enjoy working with you to help you both sell and find that special property. I can assist you with special financing needs, finding the right builder, inspector, surveyor and even a place to stay while you look or build. I can even help you sell your property in another town or state through our vast referral network.
I pride myself in customer service. I will work hard to find that perfect property for you!
Whether it be on a beautiful lake, river or with a view of the fabulous Hill Country.
I have the experience and the tools to handle all the details needed to ensure a smooth transition, whether you are buying, selling, or both.

Not a native Texan but drawn here by UT, fell in love with Central Texas, settled here for keeps. Prior to being licensed in 1997, I managed software projects so brought 20 years of business experience to my real estate practice. Buying or selling a home is a big project you don't do often so put your project in the hands of an expert. I have the skills and the Century 21 network at your command.

After serving two years in the Marines (enlisted), I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and spent 3 years in the Air Force as Officer-in-Charge of the Security Police at Strategic Air Command Headquarters in Nebraska. After my tour in the Air Force, in 1977, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license. Meeting the two year salesman requirement, I took my Broker's test and have been a Real Estate Broker since. During this time since 1979, I had two successful real estate offices in San Antonio, Texas. In 1984 I decided to take a break from the business world, so I sold the offices and moved to Canyon Lake, Texas. In 1989, I was ready to go back to work and started manufacturing oil tools in West Texas. Since that business could run itself for the most part, Real Estate called again. So in 1999, I started with Randall Morris & Associates in New Braunfels, Texas. Last, but surely not least, I have a great wife, two sons and an 11 year old daughter. I would love for you to contact me for ALL of your Real Estate needs, commercial, residential, lots and acreage.
Buying or Selling property is one of the major decisions we all make in life. As with other major decisions in life, we consult with a professional. Many qualities and skills go into being an excellent REALTORŪ. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations, and concerns of different sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people.
I have found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another.
As a Broker Associate of CENTURY 21 Randall Morris & Associates my greatest satisfaction comes from assisting and advising my clients on the sale or purchase of their property.
My real estate skills include knowledge of market conditions, negotiations, and compliance with county and city ordinances. My years of experience selling waterfront properties, commercial properties, ranches, vacation rental properties, second homes, and primary residences gives me the knowledge to ensure my clients have the information needed to make informed decisions about their real estate.
