Garrett is a native Austinite who was born and raised in Central Austin.
He began his real estate career in commercial real estate as Research Director and then Associate Broker at Cushman Wakefield / Oxford Commercial in Austin, Texas.
As Research Director he was a one man listing service for the brokers at Oxford. Calling on every industrial and office building in the Austin MSA, Garrett maintained an up-to-date database of every vacancy, rate and operating expense in Austin and was responsible for reporting changes in the market by creating Oxford's quarterly report. This report was highlighted and covered every quarter by publications such as the Austin American Statesman and the Austin Business Journal. As Associate Broker, Garrett worked as a tenant representative on a variety of deals including Office, Industrial and Retail lease and sale transactions.
Time spent at Oxford has given Garrett an unparalleled insight into the Austin real estate market, connections to local professionals and the knowledge and experience to handle any commercial lease or purchase transaction.
After Oxford, Garrett Co-Founded the boutique real estate firm ACL Properties. While at ACL Properties Garrett continued a strong commitment to providing commercial real estate solutions for corporate clients and also gained extensive experience in residential real estate helping investors and homeowners buy and sell lots and homes in Central Austin.
Garrett currently serves as Vice-President of Commercial Brokerage for Century 21 - Hellmann Stribling in Austin, Texas, and also serves on the Century 21 Commercial Advisory Board. He is excited to part of a growing company in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country and continues to focus on providing clients commercial real estate leasing and sales solutions.
