Raheem is a graduate of Depaul University with a B.A. in Real Estate and a B.A. in Finance. His experience working in the high powered wealth management industry cultivated his natural ability to transition his long term goal into the real estate field. His ambition to build his career in real estate began as a business assistant with A.K custom homes where he developed the basic skills to be a sucessful real estate professional. His ambition grew strong to continue to extend the tradition Khan name as the 4th generation in the family real estate business.
His valuable experience working in the real estate industry consisted of commercial, residential and development of real estate. After sucessfully assisting to reduce vacancy costs in residential areas by targeting specific demographics he was given higher level responsibility assisting developers with extensive market research that led him to work directly with the president of our company where he developed key skills such as site management, project financing, and construction processes.
Throughout college Raheem was able to successfully manage working part time still adhering to client deadlines and business demands while maintaining the demands associated with obtaining a dual major degree at one of the top business schools in Chicago, DePaul University.
In recent years Raheem has diversified his scope in the real estate industry by taking on internships at New Treir Partners where he gained an understanding of the private equity firms focused on commercial real estate and worked with top broker firms, as well with Merrill Lynch where he served as a financial services intern focusing on investment analysis including stocks, mutual funds, as well as his passion, real estate.
It is through these diverse experiences that make Raheem such a valuable asset to a company. His uncanny ability to cater to different priorities and clients while maintaing a professional attitude, dedicating 100% each time, and his desire to learn more about the industry. Raheem's clientele includes doctors, attorneys, executives of Fortune 500 company's, former professional athletes, young business professionals and even small business owners.

My Background -
Growing up in Libertyville, I was very active in the community through work, sports and recreational activities. I am very involved in officiating and mentoring kids in youth athletic programs.
After graduating from Libertyville High School I went to school out of state, finally returning to my home roots here in Lake County. I completed my degree at the University of South Carolina, in Public Relations and Business Management. Working and living on both coasts as well as the Midwest, has helped me understand the complexities behind the moving process. This in turn helps me help you, in your home buying and selling process.
Mentoring kids to help them learn life skills, golf, traveling, officiating high school football and basketball games, attending sporting events, skiing and snowboarding and most of all spending time with family and friends.
