My name is Alexander Elston, and I go by Zander. I have lived in Carmel ever since my family moved here when I was in the 3rd grade. I am a graduate of Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, and attended Ball State University, majoring in communication studies. I chose real estate as a career because I truly love helping people. I enjoy meeting new people and connecting with them. When I was at Ball State, I had an internship during a summer break with a private real estate broker. It was an amazing experience and I fell in love with the business. In my spare time I love to run. I've ran four marathons, and am currently training for my fifth. This summer I ran the Flying Pig marathon in Cincinnati OH, and the Aspen Marathon in Aspen CO. Real estate was a natural fit. My husband, Steve, has been working in the real estate industry for over 16 years and we love working together to serve our clients. We also have spent a lifetime renovating and decorating properties. He is very handy, so if I can dream it, he can build it!
A native Hoosier, Laurie grew up in Columbus, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a BSN in Nursing. Prior to real estate, Laurie was a nurse for 15 years. She moved to Zionsville from the south side of INdianapolis because she fell in love with the Zionsville Community.
She takes her caring approach from nursing to all of her clients and loves to help them find their dream home. She is extreamly detailed and enjoys assisting her clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Laurie is an active athlete and is always on the go. You might find Laurie at the tennis courts or weightlifting with her husband. She has three children and they are equally as busy in the Zionsville school system. As a family, they love hiking and spending time oudoors in the country.

My family and I are active with our church, Meridian Street United Methodist, in Indianapolis . . . . I sing in the choir and we are heavily involved with the Interfaith Hospitality Network hosting homeless families at church several times each year. I enjoy volunteering in Zionsville with the annual Ghost Walk each October through the Sullivan Munce Cultural Center. I am currently serving on the Board of the Sullivan Munce (2014). I have served in various capacities in Zionsville with the Village Resident's Association. Finally, I was involved in our daughter's high school Rowing Team through the Indianapolis Rowing Center.
As a child, my family moved to several communities throughout the state of Indiana and built a new home in each town. My love of home construction started at an early age and I secured my contractors license when building my first home as an adult. Because of my interest and background in home construction, I bring added expertise to my clients when purchasing a home.
I consider myself a full fledge Indianapolis resident although I was raised in Hammond, IN. I moved to Indy after graduating from Ball State University. I raised 5 sons in the New Palestine area and then moved to the Indianapolis, Lawrence area. I am now a resident of the Oakland Hills at Geist neighborhood. I have been married for 23 years to a very brave man. Why do I say he was brave? He had never had any children of his own and took on me and my five. We love spending time with our 10 grandchildren. We have 5 boys and 5 girls. I finally have some girls! They all live close by and we thoroughly enjoy family time here in our great city! Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent I was a mortgage loan officer for 7 years. In 2001 my husband and I purchased our first rental property, and then we began flipping homes. I found that I had a passion for real estate so my husband suggested that I get my Real Estate license. From day one I've not looked at this profession as a job, but as my career. I've always been taught to be dependable and consistent, and these are two important ingredients to success that I have implemented into my business. In my short time here on earth, I have found that there are more important things in life than just making money. I love helping people in any way I can and making a difference in the world. I have developed a strong philosophy of working hard and always staying truthful even when it is not the easiest option. I've always had a loving family to support me through the tough times and I could be happier where my life is headed.

I was born in northern Indiana, but moved just south of the Greenwood area when I was eight years old. My parents really taught me the importance of working hard, and also the importance of helping others and the only way to get what you want in life is to help others get what they want first.
I've been around the construction process since I was 17. It started when I decided to take a class that the school offered which was called building trades. It gave me a chance to see how houses were built, and gave me hands on experience. That class pointed me in the direction I wanted to take in life.
I started my career thinking I wanted to be an electrician, but that dream quickly diminished when I realized it was not something I was truly passionate about. At 19, I bought my first house and fixed it up and lived in it for about a year and then sold it. Then shortly after that I bought my second home which I fixed up as well, and moved into as well. So I realized that everything about homes really inspired me! Whether I was looking at "fixer upper" and seeing all the potential it had or looking at luxury homes online, I got excited about all the possibilities real estate had to offer.
Sales, the brand and most importantly, the customer are Deanna's foundation to a successful career in Real Estate. Deanna spent 22 years in the optical business as a sales representative selling to private optometrists. She was able to hone in and perfect her skill in sales. She then spent her next seven years working for one of the most recognized brands, Calvin Klein. She values having learned the power of the brand and won't ever forget how critical it is to a company as well as its individuals, like herself.
Although she enjoyed her job at Calvin Klein, she didn't enjoy the constant traveling between Indiana and Virginia. Looking for something new, a friend of hers recommended she get her Real Estate License. Deanna took her advice and has fallen in love with helping people find THAT home for the past seven years now.
Her favorite clients are first-time homebuyers. She enjoys educating and coaching them through the delicate process of buying their first home. Deanna is adamant in believing that Real Estate is not sales - it's simply educating people. Every transaction is a little bit different and she learns something new every time.
Deanna attended Oregon State University, but has lived most of her life in Indiana. She grew up on the North side of Indy with two brothers and two sisters and now resides in Fishers. After being part of a Real Estate Team, Deanna is now ready to venture out on her own and is looking forward to helping future homebuyers find THAT home.
