What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

On a more personal note here's a little about me
I originally worked as training Store Manager for a large Restaurant Chain until my Father convinced me of getting my real estate license. I started my career in Real Estate in 1988 with my Father (Kenneth) & Mother (Nova Jean) LaForge at their firm of over 30 years. I have 3 sisters a brother and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. I am married to a great guy named Gary Ruskaup and have shared our lives together since 1988. We reside in Columbia, IL with our two cats, Kodie and L.C. Jean.

Judy has been in real estate since 1997 and holds licenses in both Georgia and Illinois. Judy is a multi-million dollar producer that has earned numerous awards from each of the major companies she has been associated with throughout her real estate career. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate Judy worked at Protein Technologies International a subsidiary of Ralston Purina Company as Manager of International and Domestic Compensation, Benefits and Immigration with duties that included domestic and international relocations.
