I have had the pleasure of living in the Grand Traverse area my entire life.
Once a summer destination, now I call it home. Prior to real estate, I had the
opportunity to work in the field of sports recreation. This position combined
several of my favorite things; community, people and making an impact. Whether
I am enjoying a game of golf on one of our pristine courses, sampling the
cuisine of locale fare or driving along the lakeshore, immersing myself in
Northern Michigan culture is my inspiration.
One of the things I enjoy most about being a REALTOR, is helping people on
their journey to find their perfect home, tranquil vacation retreat or business
venture. In my eyes, these are all key to creating a vibrant community. I have
an extensive background in marketing and social media, which allows me to give
your listing the personal attention and more importantly, the exposure it needs
to stand out and find the right buyer. I look forward to helping you find the
right house, that you can make your HOME!
"Kellie is the person I
call when it really matters that I have a human connection, and when I need to
know that my request will be fulfilled with care and expertise. Kellie is an
intelligent, responsible and mindful person with an exceptionally high level of
personal responsibility. She is a joy to know personally and professionally."
we approach the one year anniversary in our new home, I want to extend my
thanks to you for helping our dream come true. I never really thought about the
skills it takes to help a family sell a beloved but outgrown home and find a
new place to continue expanding together. It's not just as easy as location,
location, location. It's location, mixed with a gut sense of what feels right,
navigating the process and paperwork and advocating for your buyers. You did
this all with grace, compassion and humor. I am so very happy that we chose to
work with you Kellie." ~Jennifer Kirkpatrick Johnson
"Kellie is a pleasure to work with and she understands her client's needs
to find them just the right property or just the right buyer. She has become
the go-to real estate agent for my family and friends. Kellie deftly balances
her community involvement and dedication with one-on-one service for each real
estate client. I highly recommend Kellie as a top agent." ~Katrina Fritz

Originally from Elk Rapids, I moved 'home' from Chicago in 2011 after 12 years in the Windy City. My current career in real estate sales stemmed from my career in property management while in Chicago. My experience managing condo and apartment buildings helped me realized how much I enjoyed finding people the right home for them. I find it extremely rewarding to help people find the right fit for their next home.

I've lived in the Traverse City area, for over 40 years, growing up on Long Lake
