I specialize in marketing sellers properties. I started in the industry when no one was buying and learned how to sell my customers listings even when no else was.
I have a team of well trained agents I work with that allow me to give buyers the time and attention they need to find the home they want, and still dot every I and cross every T.
I am an investor and so I understand what investors want and are expecting. I know how to run the numbers and how to separate a good deal from a bad one.
