I'm a Broker who combines extensive education, experience and a diversity of skills with a strong positive commitment to get the job done right the first time. I go beyond the traditional methods to create successful transactions with integrity and honesty. I communicate and share knowledge so the client can review all options and make the final call in building their wealth in real estate. I strongly believe it is in the client's best interest to receive all the information available, because an informed client is a person who will make the best decision. My "straight talk" will inform you, educate you, and present all options so you can make the best decision for your financial security.
SELLERS: There are no good or bad markets, just the market of the time. If you want to sell now, this is the market we work. Realizing that markets are constantly changing, I feel that we must meet the changes by placing traditional marketing that has proven to create a low percent of sales, on the back burner and being creative and embracing a more pro-active approach is today. More than 80% of home buyers find their home on the internet, in a combined effort with the CENTURY 21 System, we are 2nd to none when it comes to marketing real estate on the internet.
BUYERS: New buyers or seasoned buyers, I understand that there are many complex choices to be made in purchasing a house as a home and financial investment. From consultation to close with a heartfelt commitment to your needs, there's no substitute for a professional whose skills run the gamut.
INVESTORS: After many "flipped fixers", I know what makes the resale while maintaining a budget. The remodeled home standards are changing, buyers are watching HGTV rehab shows. Buyers are willing to purchase a home that is functional, stylish, with quality fixtures and workmanship. Get more than a sales agent on purchasing that next repo. Work with me and receive up to date information on market trends to maximize your rehab expense for top dollar returns. Even the most experienced can use few fresh ideas, that why I belong to the National Remodelers Association and read their publications to keep up to date on trends, new products and time saving methods.
SENIORS: In addition to the Real Estate Senior Designation, I have completed a comprehensive course with Society of Certified Senior Advisors. CSA designates demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel Senior Clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, buying or selling a home. I counsel on "aging in place" or "aging in a community". With these consulting skills we can draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as CPA's, Estate Planners, Elder Lawyers, as well as community resources to improve our communication and establish strategies for your lifestyle and future. Your best welfare is backed by a high ethical and honest commitment.

Although I was raised in a military family, ( my father is retired U.S.A.F.), our roots have always been here in Washington. Being raised in the military, and serving 4 years in the Air Force myself, I have had the privilege of living in a number of places across the United States and overseas. Before joining the military, where I received my training as a HVAC/refrigeration specialist, I worked in construction. Over the years I have gained considerable experience both by remodeling and building my own home from the ground up. After 30 years at the Boeing company as a HVAC/R mechanic in building facilities, I decided to turn my attention to something I have always found interesting. Real estate. Growing up traveling as I did, I enjoy meeting and working with new people. I look forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs, and believe you will find my construction background and 30 plus years experience as a tradesman to be very helpful.
