I moved to the beautiful city of Colorado Springs fourteen years ago, from the beaches of Southern California. Although I miss the Pacific Ocean, I absolutely love living in the mountains. My family and I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. We love to backpack, rock climb, and hike. I share my home with my wonderful husband, Josh, my two sons, Micah and Jakob, and our three dogs. My husband works for the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and my two sons attend Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 schools. We love Colorado Springs and support many local outdoor organizations. I am excited to join CENTURY 21 Curbow Realty. I hope to grow my real estate business to serve many of those living in my fantastic community. It is a privilege to be a part of my client's endeavors and I aim to provide the best care for them I can.

If you were to ask Jim what's most import to him, it might surprise you just how quickly he
would reply, "being a grandfather!" He would go on to include family, faith, friends, and
community. But then again, anyone who knows Jim well would be quick to tell you his
dedication to these things is a natural extension of his positive outlook on life in general.
Jim and his wife Jackie came to Colorado Springs in 2003 to be with family. He brought with
him a vast array of experience, including a brief career in the US Army and two decades of
Information Technology (IT) project management.
There are many qualities and skills that go into excellent project management. The most
important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations, and
concerns of his clients. It is this skill set that Jim uses in helping home buyers and sellers.
His success comes through caring about people, together with practical experience and
Jim knows exactly what it takes to help you meet your real estate needs. He worked with
Fortune 500 companies and Mom & Pop shops providing what became known to his clients
and throughout the local IT community as the Avery Advantage; providing service above
and beyond what was expected.
Problem solving may be the essence of project management, but the ability to listen, to get
to know and understand a client and their needs, that's what brings a project to a successful
conclusion. Everything Jim has done in his career has served this objective.
When service members and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional

Association of Realtors, I am trained, qualified, and eager to work with current and former
military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take
full advantage of military benefits and support. at any stage in the service member's military
Real estate is not about homes, interest rates, or the economy; it's about creating
