3. We were extremely fortunate to find Kathy. Not only was she a complete joy to work with, she was extremely knowledgeable of the industry. We had a very difficult close and Kathy was on top of the lender, inspectors, etc. ensuring that everything kept moving along properly. She was a strong representative and stood up for us as needed.
