Jim Stone grew up in the Fishers/Geist area and has chosen to remain and raise his family here in northeast Indy. After graduating from Ball State University he began his real estate career with The Shorewood Corporation, a large Land Development firm.
In 1994, Jim joined the Precedent Companies as they began their residential development and home building activities. With Precedent, Jim was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Principal Broker and was involved with many facets of the business such as home and land sales, land acquisition, and all marketing aspects of the business.
Jim was affiliated with Keller Williams Realty before making his move to CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2010!
She loves to spend time with her family and friends while hosting large gatherings. She has a passion for youth ministry and volunteers in several capacities. She likes bicycling and power walking...And especially loves watching her children in their sporting and musical events.

Jeanne has served on the Board of Deacons, Lawrence Chamber of Commerce Board, Young Life Committee and has served in several other school, church, community and coaching activities. She has been awarded the CENTURY 21 Quality Service award and has been a multi-million dollar producer winning C21's Ruby and Emerald awards. She also has her ABR certification.
Jeanne is a long time Indianapolis area resident graduating from Lawrence Central H.S., Purdue University and 2 years toward her Masters at Anderson School of Theology. She worked for the Mayor of Indianapolis, served in youth ministry through Young Lifeand then Director of Community Relations of Community Hospital North. She has been selling real estate for over 8 years. She and her husband Blake have been married for 21 years and have 3 children ages 18, 15, and 12.
