Michael was born and raised here in the Tri-Cities. He comes from a large family of eight (three girls and three boys). He graduated from Pasco High School in 1998, and shortly thereafter received his mission call to Mexico City. He quickly learned Spanish and enjoys using the language frequently. Upon returning home, Michael attended Utah Valley State and Columbia Basin College for 3 years. While attending CBC, he met his future wife and married her a short seven months later. Now 7 1/2 years have gone by, and they have added 3 happy, healthy and handsome boys to their lives.
Michael knows and understands most aspects of the building, buying and selling process. He has done it all: framing, finish work, painting, flooring and cabinetry. A few years back, a good friend introduced him to the "world of real estate." Michael quickly learned that this is what he truly loves to do and wanted to make a lifelong career of it. When Michael is not selling homes, there are a number of activities he partakes in. As much as he loves golfing, basketball, and shooting, spending time with his wife and kids is at the top of his list. My family and I came to Washington from Michoacan, Mexico in 1980. I started kindergarten in Grandview not knowing the language. I graduated from Grandview High School. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I went to Orange County Business College and San Jose State University, then I started my real estate career in Fremont, California in 2001. After 12 months in the business, I made my first $100,000. In my fourth year, I hit $500,000 in gross income. In my second year, I made Agent of the Year for two years in a row, plus I earned many Agent of the Month awards in an office of over 200 agents.
My greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother; that is the most rewarding thing ever for me. I have two beautiful little girls. My second love is Real Estate. I love participating in the creation of the deal. Matt Kincaid is husband to a genuine and glorious wife and father to two amazing and beautiful children. Matt's interest in real estate began as a young child, where he observed and experienced his parents frequently purchasing and selling houses. He quickly developed a passion for the industry that continued into adulthood, and for the past ten years, he has been involved in a multitude of housing transactions-as a buyer, seller, and investor.
