Being self-employed for most of my career, I have always understood the importance of excellent customer service. On May 31, 2007, I started my real estate career, being customer driven, I won the Century 21 Rookie of the year Award in 2007, Emerald Producer in 2008, Presidential producer and Pinnacle Quality Service Producer in 2009 and again in 2010. Each year I have been a multi-million dollar producer. These achievements are earned by always putting what is important first, and never losing sight of who comes first.
I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Adjustments with the City of Henderson, serve on the Site Based Decision Making Committee for the Laneville ISD. I volunteer in Junior Achievement with local schools and active in my church. My husband, Joe Koch, and I own the Monte Verdi Plantation in Glenfawn and enjoy sharing this Rusk County history with our community. We have four children, all graduates from Henderson High School. The youngest two are attending Kilgore College.

In 2001 myself and husband, Joe Koch, purchased the company and relocated to 701 S Main. I received my broker's license in 2003. I am member of the National & Texas Association of REALTORS, as well as the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler Board of REALTORS. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, my church & other activities in my community.
