Anne Wiltse Conrad-Bio for the C21Northland.com site.
Originally from Elk Rapids, I moved 'home' from Chicago in 2011 after 12 years in the Windy City. My current career in real estate sales stemmed from my career in property management while in Chicago. My experience managing condo and apartment buildings helped me realized how much I enjoyed finding people the right home for them. I find it extremely rewarding to help people find the right fit for their next home.

Dana is excited to bring her 7 years of real estate experience to Century 21 Northland, where she is actively growing her referral-based business. "This is such a great place to live!", she has a win-win attitude which is both contagious and pleasant. "Moving to Traverse City to raise our children, was the best decision their father and I ever made!" Dana's daughter, Jamie Chapman, is a graduate of Dartmouth College and is currently pursuing the sport of rowing as an elite athlete at the Craftsbury Outdoor enter, Vermont. Briggs Chapman, Dana's son, is studying Product Design at the University of Oregon where he also heads up UO SNOW, the University's freestyle ski and snowboard club. You may recognize her as a participant or volunteer at numerous community events ranging from the National Writers Series (NWS) to the Iceman Cometh (mountain bike race). Or, from the sidelines as
an enthusiast of youth athletics... often, ringing her cowbell.
