Hi and thank you for allowing me to share a little about myself. Being born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis has given me a great appreciation for real estate. I have had the pleasure, both personally and professionally, of watching the south side grow from corn fields into fabulous homes, schools, restaurants and shopping. I have always had a great passion for helping people, as well as, architectural and interior design. Partnering all of these together with the professionalism and power of of a great company has given me an opportunity to work passionately in achieving results as a multi-million dollar producer in real estate. Born in Lesburg, Virginia, but before I was even one year old my father was offered a job at the biggest race team in Indianapolis and I have been here ever since. I have lived on the west-side of Indianapolis virtually my whole life and have no plans on leaving any time soon, I love this area! I graduated from Ben Davis and went off to Indiana State where I became a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha. And now I am here! Working with Century 21 Scheetz in Avon is like a dream come true. There is no place I would rather be!
Growing up with a father working on a race team, you cannot help but love it. Any given Sunday you will see me glued to my TV rooting on the Target Chip Ganassi boys to victory.
Our NBA and NFL teams are unmatched. With young talents like Paul George and Andrew Luck, there are many championships coming for our home teams and I plan to be a witness to them all!

I've always been taught to be dependable and consistent, and these are two important ingredients to success that I have implemented into my business. In my short time here on earth, I have found that there are more important things in life than just making money. I love helping people in any way I can and making a difference in the world. I have developed a strong philosophy of working hard and always staying truthful even when it is not the easiest option. I've always had a loving family to support me through the tough times and I could be happier where my life is headed.

I was born in northern Indiana, but moved just south of the Greenwood area when I was eight years old. My parents really taught me the importance of working hard, and also the importance of helping others and the only way to get what you want in life is to help others get what they want first.
I've been around the construction process since I was 17. It started when I decided to take a class that the school offered which was called building trades. It gave me a chance to see how houses were built, and gave me hands on experience. That class pointed me in the direction I wanted to take in life.
I started my career thinking I wanted to be an electrician, but that dream quickly diminished when I realized it was not something I was truly passionate about. At 19, I bought my first house and fixed it up and lived in it for about a year and then sold it. Then shortly after that I bought my second home which I fixed up as well, and moved into as well. So I realized that everything about homes really inspired me! Whether I was looking at "fixer upper" and seeing all the potential it had or looking at luxury homes online, I got excited about all the possibilities real estate had to offer.
Sales, the brand and most importantly, the customer are Deanna's foundation to a successful career in Real Estate. Deanna spent 22 years in the optical business as a sales representative selling to private optometrists. She was able to hone in and perfect her skill in sales. She then spent her next seven years working for one of the most recognized brands, Calvin Klein. She values having learned the power of the brand and won't ever forget how critical it is to a company as well as its individuals, like herself.
Although she enjoyed her job at Calvin Klein, she didn't enjoy the constant traveling between Indiana and Virginia. Looking for something new, a friend of hers recommended she get her Real Estate License. Deanna took her advice and has fallen in love with helping people find THAT home for the past seven years now.
Her favorite clients are first-time homebuyers. She enjoys educating and coaching them through the delicate process of buying their first home. Deanna is adamant in believing that Real Estate is not sales - it's simply educating people. Every transaction is a little bit different and she learns something new every time.
Deanna attended Oregon State University, but has lived most of her life in Indiana. She grew up on the North side of Indy with two brothers and two sisters and now resides in Fishers. After being part of a Real Estate Team, Deanna is now ready to venture out on her own and is looking forward to helping future homebuyers find THAT home.
