Before moving to Greenville, Sue and her family lived in Holland, England and Bahrain in the Middle East where she served as President of the American Women's Association. After settling her family into their new home in Greenville, Sue began her career in real estate. She began in traditional real estate sales for a few years, then spent 11 years as Relocation Director. By chance, she got into marketing REO properties and that became her true real estate calling. Sue has been marketing foreclosures for banks, Asset Management companies and Fannie Mae solely now for 23 years.
Pat has lived in the Greenville area for several years which has given her valuable working knowledge of Greenville and the entire surrounding metro area. She is active in the Greenville community and in the past has served as President of two of it's civic organizations. She has watched Greenville grow from a quiet small town to a vibrant, exciting city which she loves showing off and sharing with everyone. A former teacher, Pat has brought many of her teaching skills to real estate. Her negotiating and communication skills are very helpful to her clients. pat sees every transaction as a new experience that she approaches with energy and enthusiasm to insure a positive, enjoyable experience for all of her clients.
My name is Sherry Martin - Cantrell, and I am married to Billy Joe Cantrell. We have 6 children together and soon to be 11 Grand-Angels. I moved to the Upstate from Connecticut in 1988. The Greater Greenville-Spartanburg area is my home and will be my resting place one day. My roots are New England but my home is South Carolina.
I started working with Property Investors as a licensed Property Manager in 2006. In 2013 I acquired my Real Estate License so I would be able to assist my Investors in their investment sales needs. After working so many years in Industry in the Environmental, Health and Safety, Technical Training/writing and HR arena, I wanted to apply those skills in the real estate market. As a young child I also liked to play with house plans. Today, I utilize those dreams and skills through my profession.
