I have been a licensed Realtor since 1980. I was first
a Realtor in Alabama and then in 2001, obtained my license in both Georgia and
South Carolina. I have lived in 6 states, so I understand the stress of
moving, the challenges of changing children's schools, and making new
friends. That is one of the main reasons why working with buyers and
sellers during their relocation has been my expertise. In 2013, I was Top
Relocation Agent, Top Producer , Top Agent in Relocation Customer Service and
received the Emerald Award.I would like to give a special thanks to all present, past
and future local and relocation buyers and sellers for my success in all these
years & the years to come. I look forward to working with you.
I was born in the summer of 1975 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where my father was attending school for the Navy. After he finished his Naval training, we moved back to Alabama and then to Georgia. From a very young age I was exposed to the importance of homes from my exposure to home construction. At the age of twelve, I helped my father build our family's home. This was something he always dreamed of doing. When I say I helped, I mean just that. We did the entire house from the foundation to the roof. With only a little help from friends and family, we completed construction in just four years!
As your Professional Realtor, I can promise you hard work, dedication, loyalty, honesty, and a strong knowledge of quality construction.Upon our home's completion, my father decided to end his career as a nuclear technician and become a full-time contractor. I had the pleasure of building four timber frame homes before I decided it was time to pursue my dreams of playing in a rock band. (I have a natural talent for music.) Vocals mainly, but also guitar, and song-writing. As I'm sure you can imagine, being a starving musician is not all it's cracked up to be. I decided to become a cook. This turned into bar- tending. (Perfect places for pursuing a career in music.)At the age of 21 I would see a big change in my life with the birth of my son, Lee. It was time to get serious about my life and mycareer. I attended and graduated from Georgia Military College. I opened a successful dance studio with my wife---she did the dancing ;-). This experience began my relationship with beauty and art. My mother-in-law was an art importer at the time, and I decided to work for her part-time because of my interests in painting and sketching. (These were great times.)
As your Professional Realtor, I can offer you a keen eye for symmetry, detail, and beauty. For the last five years I have been building my family's business from the ground up. We have a very successful Little Caesar's franchise with four stores in the Augusta and Milledgeville markets. This business experience led me to meet the wonderful team of Real Estate Professionals at CENTURY 21 Larry Miller. My wife and I purchased our first home last year with the help of Sharon Arguello. Because of Sharon's hard work and patience, our purchasing experience was far more pleasant than I had expected. My wife and I were smitten with her from the start. It took us several months to find the right fit, but Sharon facilitated the entire experience while keeping our stress levels low. I enjoyed it so much that I decided Residential Real Estate is the career for me!As your Professional Realtor, I will strive to find the perfect home for you. Whether we look at five homes or fifty homes, I will be tireless and thorough. I will go the extra mile for you and make your purchasing experience as pleasant as possible while guiding you and educating you throughout the entire process. Whether you're buying your first home or selling and moving on, I am here for you. Let me be "The One!"
