Chicago is a city that has seen tremendous growth over the years. It is now known as one of the most beautiful cities in the U.S. Being a native Chicagoan I have seen the changes that the city has experienced. The expansions and development of the South Loop, Tri-Taylor Area, Humboldt, Wicker, and Lincoln Park have out surpassed anything we would have imagined twenty years. My knowledge of the city goes well beyond the buying and selling aspect of real estate. Having attended local area schools throughout my entire life allows me to provide my clients with the tools necessary to make appropriate decisions when buying a home with a growing family. And with family all across the Chicagoland area there are not many areas that I am not familiar with, and am always willing on learning and researching new areas to meet the needs of my clients. In my 12+ years of experience I've been blessed with meeting so many wonderful people that many have become close friends. I'm always honored when my clients become friends as it is another testament that I've served their needs very well and have definitely earned their trust.
As a lifelong Chicagoan, Faustino loves exploring his city and everything it has to offer. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Faustino returned to Chicago and started his career at Sidley Austin, one of the nation's leading corporate law firms, where he worked for eight years as an analyst. Faustino employs the analytical and problem-solving skills he developed while working in Big Law to provide the highest customer service andnavigate tough negotiations.
