Personal Profile:
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I graduated with a business degree in Accounting from Clarion University and worked as an accountant in New York for over 6 years.Knowing that I wanted to make a career in selling real estate, I moved to Northern Virginia in 2003 and worked towards attaining my real estate license.Since then, I have been licensed in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland, with associate brokers licenses in both Virginia and Maryland. In 2006, I founded Battle Real Estate in Virginia where I was the principle broker for over 2 years, during which time I also sold new homes in Maryland and Washington, DC for McWilliams Ballard.I have been recognized as a Top Producer through the National Association of Realtors and have won many awards, including Century 21s Emerald Award in 2009 and Centurion Award in 2010.I sell real estate, but honestly a home will sell itself when you walk through the door. So naturally, I dont believe in pressure tactics. My job isnt to sell you on a home, it is to find the homes that best fit your criteria, make you feel comfortable throughout the transaction, and negotiate your terms on the home of your choice. And I have extensive knowledge and over 7 of experience in resales, foreclosures, short sales and new homes to do just that.
