Katie was born and raised in Carroll County. She loved growing up on a dirt road in the woods but now lives in the City of Carrollton. Katie adores the entire West Georgia area - from the back roads where stars shine so bright to the bustling streets and old, beautiful houses in Carrollton. Katie enjoys walking, spending time with friends and family, learning, cooking, helping people, and sitting on her screened-in porch during a good thunderstorm.

As well as being the owner of the branch, Rett is an active sales agent with specialty in commercial investment opportunities, rental and residential properties, and land lots. Rett, also plays a key role in the property management division.
Rett earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 2001 as a junior at the University of West Georgia. He also holds an Alabama R.E. License. Rett has been a consistent top producer in sales of residential, land and commercial property, he has gained substantial experience and recognition of the development of real estate. Rett is all about the breaking down and simplifying of processes to achieve high success constantly.
Rett grew up not far from Carrollton, GA in the relatively neighboring city of Newnan, GA, and from there Rett, as previously stated earlier, went to obtain his college degree at the University of West Georgia. A little further down the road, Rett found and married his wife Jennifer. They eventually had three children: Lola, Wyatt, and Holt. Rett avidly expresses his passion for the outdoors by taking his family to Lake Wedowee and just spending some of his free time in the woods. Overall, Rett lives for family, friends, and fellowship.

Priesley Rogers has lived in Ranburne, Alabama for almost sixteen years with her husband Jeremy, son Dylan, and daughter Mia.
She also has a total of fifteen years of customer service experience, where ten of those years were in banking. For the past two years, Priesely has been a stay at home mom.
Priesley left her job to take care of her daughter Mia, who was diagnosed at 6 months old with a life-threatening food allergy.
