Josh has been a weightlifter and football player since high school. He doesn't play football anymore but he still hits the gym. He is also a competition level ballroom dancer. He loves his toy though Josh has a massive model train collection as well as a growing collection of board games. He travels every chance he gets and is often to be found on a deck chair on one cruise ship or another.

From 1997 to 2003 Josh managed his family's portfolio of commercial properties, and food service operations in New York City and South Florida, as well as their other varied business interest. From 2003 to 2008 he was solely responsible for property research, acquisition, and disposition of all of his family's commercial properties.
In 2008 Josh decided to leave the family business and transition full time into real estate. He has been working full time in Real Estate for Century 21, King Realty. While working there Josh earned his broker license as well as every other major, educational designation the industry offers. He also has taken on a leadership role in the mentoring and training of new agents. Josh is a master of getting deals closed and is just as at home helping people buy or sell their first or their fifteenth.
Josh loves working with investors, and has an excellent grasp of the financial side of real estate. He has been a real estate investor, rehabber, landlord and flipper for years and for this reason he knows what the numbers need to look like in order to work. He has specialized in distressed properties and he is solely responsible for asset valuation and preservation for Century 21, King Realty's entire REO inventory. He is also a licensed General Contractor as well as a licensed Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, and Mold Remediator.
Josh is a respected industry expert and excellent negotiator. When it comes to getting deals to close and getting his customers the best deal he has literally written the book on it. Josh created a state accredited course on the subject and wrote a book on professional conduct and practices to compliment it. He has earned several awards from Century 21 for sales and has consistently been in the top 5 in sales for all of Florida. The experience of having closed so many transactions gives him the skills and perspective necessary to lead the Cadillac Realty Team.
When he is not doing real estate Josh is an avid reader, weightlifter, ballroom dancer, collector of model trains, board gamer and world traveler. It's a safe bet if he is not at the office you will find him doing one of these things.
