My name is Donna Towns, I have been with C-21 Scheetz for 11 yrs. I thoroughly enjoy the real estate business while always keeping in mind I am helping my clients sell their largest asset and make their largest purchase. Most of my business is repeat customers and referral business which says I must be doing something right.
Formerly, I was a mortgage broker along with other various positions in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years. This experience has helped me serve my clients with more knowledge and understanding of the entire home buying process. I also was a stockbroker and in the banking industry for many years.
On a personal note, I am the mother of 2 grown men and I have enjoyed being their mother, getting them through grade school and college and am watching them now start their own careers and lives. It has been a very rewarding experience and I am very proud of them. I come from a very very very large, child oriented family where raising happy, productive children is the number 1 job. I grew up in the Indianapolis area and currently live and work in Zionsville.

For the past 8+ years I have been involved in buying, rehabbing and reselling homes in Indianapolis and the central Indiana area. I have also purchased and rehabbed some of these homes to have as rental properties. As a result of this experience, I have a very good skill set with construction and rehabbing procedures. For most of my career I worked in the automotive business. I was a district manager for different automotive manufacturers. When you were unhappy with your vehicle and unhappy with the dealer, I was the guy you got to meet. From this background, I feel that I am able to ask people the right questions to know what it will take to satisfy them and make them happy. When you are making the decision to buy or sell a home, it is important that: 1) all your questions are answered, 2) there are no surprises and 3) that you are exceptionally happy with the purchase or sale. I assure you that I will do everything I can to make sure that those three things are accomplished.

He teaches Realtor Code of Ethics, Agency Law, License and Escrow Law. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for MIBOR & IAR. Jeff holds a BS degree from Ball State University & a MS degree from Butler University. Jeff's priorities are his faith, his family, and his profession.
Jeff's areas of specialization include working as both a sellers' agent in the listing, marketing and selling of their home and buyer's agent in the locating and buying of their home. Born in Lesburg, Virginia, but before I was even one year old my father was offered a job at the biggest race team in Indianapolis and I have been here ever since. I have lived on the west-side of Indianapolis virtually my whole life and have no plans on leaving any time soon, I love this area! I graduated from Ben Davis and went off to Indiana State where I became a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha. And now I am here! Working with Century 21 Scheetz in Avon is like a dream come true. There is no place I would rather be!
Growing up with a father working on a race team, you cannot help but love it. Any given Sunday you will see me glued to my TV rooting on the Target Chip Ganassi boys to victory.
Our NBA and NFL teams are unmatched. With young talents like Paul George and Andrew Luck, there are many championships coming for our home teams and I plan to be a witness to them all!
Along with my real estate career, I love spending time with my family and friends. My beautiful wife, Cindy and two girls ages eleven and thirteen, and I are members of St. Simon catholic parish. My girls attend St. Simon School. We stay active with school activities and youth sports. We have two cats and one dog, Shelby. We love to hike, bike, fish, cookout and stay active!
