Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jeanie was Department Head at ABAC (the local college) of Family & Consumer Sciences for 24 years. While at the college she taught numerous courses in Housing & Interior Design. This background is a definite asset to sellers and buyers. Jeanie grew up in Tifton and attended ABAC. After graduating from Georgia Southern University and The University of Georgia, she returned to her home town to teach at the college and raise her 4 children - Jay Doss (Becky), Jeremy Doss (Jessica), Jonathan Doss (Kelli) and Julie Doss. She is the proud grandmother of Mary Campbell Doss, William Doss, Walker Doss and Aria Doss!
Jeanie is an active member of Lake Park United Methodist Church and attends Bible Study Fellowship in Valdosta. She and her husband, Larry Allen, are very supportive of Georgia Special Olympics and Easter Seals. Her daughter, Julie Doss, competes in Special Olympics gymnastics and swimming.

I graduated from Crisp County High School in Cordele, GA. My college degrees were earned at Abraham Baldwin College and at the University of Georgia.
I entered the real estate profession as a second career, becoming licensed in 2001. Earlier, I had worked in the banking profession for over 20 years, with positions in loan origination, branch management, and internal auditing.
Working as a real estate agent has given me the great opportunity to enjoy a long-held passion of mine; that is, homes and the personal connections that come with the searches, sales, and purchases of them. I strive constantly to excel in both public relations and human resources as they relate to my work.
Professionally, I'm excited about my new responsibilities as President-elect of the Crisp Area Board of Realtors and grateful for both my status as the 2010 Top Producer for Smith, Branch, & Pope, L.L.C.'s Cordele/Lake Blackshear Office and new membership in the Million Dollar Club. Aware of the vibrancy of technology in the real estate profession, I have recently gained the National Association of Realtor's Technology certification, designated as E-Pro. I've found that membership in the Georgia Association of Realtors also provides opportunities for continuing education and professional networking. Reacting to the economically driven volatilities in the housing market, I have actively gained as much recent experience as possible in handling distressed and foreclosure assets.
When not working with or for my clients, I have some community and civic involvements that are very rewarding to me. I'd like to mention my involvement in the following: Past President and current Board of Directors member of the Historic O'Neal Neighborhood Association; Board Member of the Gillespie-Seldin Rural Life Community Center; Chairman of the Gillespie-Seldin Rural Life Community Center Audit Committee; Board member of the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing; Founding Officer of Barnes & Thomas, Inc., an enterprise devoted to the preservation and restoration of historic homes in Cordele's O'Neal School Neighborhood; Volunteer for the SAM Shortline Railroad; frequent volunteer and constant promoter for community service organizations and events in Cordele; and Special Events Volunteer for the Georgia Historic Preservation Trust.

Prior to entering the real estate profession full time, Ron spent 23 years with Georgia Power Company, mostly in and around Atlanta. Then in 1994, he left the Corporate world to pursue a long time dream of becoming a REALTOR®. He has been making up for lost time ever since.
Ron served as President of the Tiftarea Board of REALTORS® in 1999, and again in 2007. He is also very active with the Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR), and currently serves on the GAR Forms Committee. Ron has also served on the GAR Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Education Committee, Professional Development Committee, the State and Local Governmental Affairs Committee, the GAR Structural Audit Task Force, and has chaired the GAR Special Recognition Committee. For the past 16 years, he has been a certified Pre-license instructor for the Georgia Real Estate Commission and is co-owner and Director of the South Georgia School of Real Estate in Tifton, GA. Ron is a very strong advocate of improving the quality of education for REALTORS®, and previously served on the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA) board of directors. He is also a past Dean of the Georgia REALTORS Institute (GRI designation school). He is an active life member of the "Circle of Excellence" Club of the Tiftarea Board and has received the prestigious Centurion Producer award from CENTURY 21.
Serving in civic and community affairs is Ron's way of farming for real estate leads and giving something back, all at the same time. He is past chairman of the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Tift County Development Authority. He is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Tifton and is active in numerous other civic and community activities and committees.
Laura Clements joined Century 21 in 1999 as an administrative assistant. She obtained her real estate license in 2001 and her associate broker license in 2008. She has served in many capacities including, office manager, property manager and advertising coordinator.
She is a graduate of Tift County High School, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Brewton Parker College where she recieved a BS in Early Childhood Education. A Tift County native, she currently resides in Fitzgerald with her husband, John and their two sons.

Cole attended the University of Georgia and graduated with BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Medical Microbiology in 1966. He was then employed by UGA College of Veterinary Medicine in Tifton from 1966-1998, when retired as Department Head and Professor Emeritus of Medical Microbiology...Cole was active in numerous medical and scientific organizations....publishing in books and other scientific literature....he was active in the laboratory performing diagnostic and research work on infectious diseases affecting both animals and humans....While in Tifton, he has been active in civic (Kiwanis), church (Methodist), and other community affairs...he is a member of Gridiron Secret Society, UGA....He enjoys hunting and horseback riding....He serves on the Board of SunTrust Bank, South GA...and is a member of the Tiftarea Board of Realtors and Albany Board of Realtors....
He has a farm/agricultural background.....His great grandparents settled in the Lester-Gumpond communities in the 1850's....the farms they established then remain in the family today...They are named Pretty Pond Plantation, Inc (AKA Old Home Place and Lena B. Jackson Farms. Inc ...These farms (Timber and Pecans) are still in existence and Cole has actively assisted in managing the property since the 1970's...In addition, he served as Grand Marshall of the 2013 Baconton Pecan festival....
