I graduated from Crisp County High School in Cordele, GA. My college degrees were earned at Abraham Baldwin College and at the University of Georgia.
I entered the real estate profession as a second career, becoming licensed in 2001. Earlier, I had worked in the banking profession for over 20 years, with positions in loan origination, branch management, and internal auditing.
Working as a real estate agent has given me the great opportunity to enjoy a long-held passion of mine; that is, homes and the personal connections that come with the searches, sales, and purchases of them. I strive constantly to excel in both public relations and human resources as they relate to my work.
Professionally, I'm excited about my new responsibilities as President-elect of the Crisp Area Board of Realtors and grateful for both my status as the 2010 Top Producer for Smith, Branch, & Pope, L.L.C.'s Cordele/Lake Blackshear Office and new membership in the Million Dollar Club. Aware of the vibrancy of technology in the real estate profession, I have recently gained the National Association of Realtor's Technology certification, designated as E-Pro. I've found that membership in the Georgia Association of Realtors also provides opportunities for continuing education and professional networking. Reacting to the economically driven volatilities in the housing market, I have actively gained as much recent experience as possible in handling distressed and foreclosure assets.
When not working with or for my clients, I have some community and civic involvements that are very rewarding to me. I'd like to mention my involvement in the following: Past President and current Board of Directors member of the Historic O'Neal Neighborhood Association; Board Member of the Gillespie-Seldin Rural Life Community Center; Chairman of the Gillespie-Seldin Rural Life Community Center Audit Committee; Board member of the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing; Founding Officer of Barnes & Thomas, Inc., an enterprise devoted to the preservation and restoration of historic homes in Cordele's O'Neal School Neighborhood; Volunteer for the SAM Shortline Railroad; frequent volunteer and constant promoter for community service organizations and events in Cordele; and Special Events Volunteer for the Georgia Historic Preservation Trust.
My hobbies are even real estate connected! I enjoy travelling around our country to historic homes, preservation sites, and historic home districts.
I live in the Lake Blackshear community but strive for a special focus on the in- town properties of Crisp, Dooly, Turner, Wilcox, and Sumter counties.

Dustin was an All-American swimmer at Florida State University. He spent 14 years as a Special Education Teacher and High School coach. In addition to being a realtor, Dustin is the Head Coach/Owner of the Tiftarea Tidal Wave Swim Team which serves nearly 100 swimmers.
In his spare time, Dustin competes in endurance sports, attends FSU games with family and Friends, and tries to squeeze in the occasional golf game. He is a member of the Tiftarea Board of Realtors, the Tifton Elks, and the FSU Varsity club.
Trisha Bush's passion for beautiful architecture, high-end properties, and lakefront living guided her drive to obtain her Georgia Real Estate License, but her love of the beach pushed her to obtain her Florida Real Estate License as well.
Trisha understands the importance of professional REALTOR guidance and trust when making major investment decisions and the challenges that can occur. Being born and raised in Cordele Ga., she appreciates her hometown and all that it offers and prides herself in not only knowing the local community's real estate needs, but also the surrounding counties as well. She is married to Merchant Mariner, Jonathan Bush and they have 2 sons. Will their oldest is a Sgt. In the US Army stationed in Texas, who is married to Brooke and they have 2 boys, Aiden (5 and Cameron (3). Tristen, their youngest son graduated college at UTI in Orlando, and currently resides in Destin, FL where he is employed in the motorcycle mechanics industry.
Trisha is actively involved in her community and is a member of the Cordele Crisp Community League, Crisp - County Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as an Ambassador for the Chamber, Dooly County Chamber of Commerce, and The Big Pig Jig Committee where she serves on the Entertainment Board.
She is excited about her position as a Sales Associate with Century 21 Smith Branch & Pope, LLC. and is eager to assist you with your future real estate needs., whether it be Georgia or a vacation home in Florida.
Laura Clements joined Century 21 in 1999 as an administrative assistant. She obtained her real estate license in 2001 and her associate broker license in 2008. She has served in many capacities including, office manager, property manager and advertising coordinator.
She is a graduate of Tift County High School, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Brewton Parker College where she recieved a BS in Early Childhood Education. A Tift County native, she currently resides in Fitzgerald with her husband, John and their two sons.

Dr. Cole was born in Albany, GA , October 27, 1938, reared in Baconton, and was the son of Mildred and John Cole, Sr... He attended schools in Baconton and Camilla....graduating from Mitchell County High School, Camilla, in 1956. Cole is has been married to his wife of 50 years (Judy DuPriest from Sylvester)...They have 2 children, Jay and Rae, and 5 grandchildren....living in Albany and Atlanta...
Cole attended the University of Georgia and graduated with BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Medical Microbiology in 1966. He was then employed by UGA College of Veterinary Medicine in Tifton from 1966-1998, when retired as Department Head and Professor Emeritus of Medical Microbiology...Cole was active in numerous medical and scientific organizations....publishing in books and other scientific literature....he was active in the laboratory performing diagnostic and research work on infectious diseases affecting both animals and humans....While in Tifton, he has been active in civic (Kiwanis), church (Methodist), and other community affairs...he is a member of Gridiron Secret Society, UGA....He enjoys hunting and horseback riding....He serves on the Board of SunTrust Bank, South GA...and is a member of the Tiftarea Board of Realtors and Albany Board of Realtors....
He has a farm/agricultural background.....His great grandparents settled in the Lester-Gumpond communities in the 1850's....the farms they established then remain in the family today...They are named Pretty Pond Plantation, Inc (AKA Old Home Place and Lena B. Jackson Farms. Inc ...These farms (Timber and Pecans) are still in existence and Cole has actively assisted in managing the property since the 1970's...In addition, he served as Grand Marshall of the 2013 Baconton Pecan festival....
