As a native Tri Citian, Kim has seen the growth and many changes of the Tri Cities. Both her grandparents and parents were an integral part of the development of the Uptown Richland and owned a retail jewelry store for over 40 years. While growing up in the customer service industry, she gained a passion for horses through her family raising, training and racing thoroughbreds.
After raising her two children, she decided to make the jump to real estate from managing a retail store at the mall. That was almost 10 years ago! Kim brings the experience of matching wants, needs, and desires, with innovative thinking and solutions to her clients during the home selling or buying process. Kim always appreciates her clients passing on the word of her expertise to other home buyers and sellers.
The Tri Cities is a much diversified market with many industries including agriculture, wine, nuclear, and medical. Nestled on three rivers and over 300 days of sunshine, this is a great place to live and raise a family.
Her recent move to CENTURY 21 Group is an exciting time, enabling her on behalf of her clients to utilize the extensive knowledge, professionalism and unmatched products and services of Vicki Monteagudo and her team.
Patty is a long time resident of Tri-Cities. She has worked and raised her family here since moving from Moses Lake many years ago. She is excited to join the Century 21 team because Vicki Monteagudo has such an outstanding reputation and will continue raise the bar on service and innovation in the real estate industry. Patty and her husband often enjoy the Tri-Cities and all the things it has to offer such as boating, golfing and visiting the many wonderful wineries developing in our area. Patty's goal is to show people that there is still such a thing as customer service and will use all the tools available to find or sell your home.
Allyson is a real estate agent who knows how to listen! While skills and knowledge are very important in handling a real estate transaction, she knows the first step in helping either the buyer or the seller is to understand their wants, needs and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions and providing clear and honest answers to their questions: good communication! Allyson was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, so she is very knowledgeable of the area.
Allyson is truly passionate about working and helping people with their real estate dreams. When she is not working in her business, she is very involved in her children's activities. She volunteers anywhere she can help and has carried many board positions to help make a difference for youth sports. She also loves traveling, water sports and mostly just spending time with friends and family.

My family and I came to Washington from Michoacan, Mexico in 1980. I started kindergarten in Grandview not knowing the language. I graduated from Grandview High School. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I went to Orange County Business College and San Jose State University, then I started my real estate career in Fremont, California in 2001. After 12 months in the business, I made my first $100,000. In my fourth year, I hit $500,000 in gross income. In my second year, I made Agent of the Year for two years in a row, plus I earned many Agent of the Month awards in an office of over 200 agents.
My greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother; that is the most rewarding thing ever for me. I have two beautiful little girls. My second love is Real Estate. I love participating in the creation of the deal. I love working with my clients side-by-side to help accomplish their ultimate goal, especially the buyers that are unsure they could own their home and at the end I hand them the key and that is an awesome feeling.
I love the opportunity of making as much money as I want and can handle with no limits just the ones I put on myself.
As a lifelong resident of Eastern Washington and a proud member of the Tri-Cities community for over 7 years, I understand what people value and cherish in this great area. Being a husband and father myself, I know one of the most important things you can give your family is a great place to make memories, enjoy your family and friends, and relax. That is why I have dedicated nearly a decade of my life to helping people find the right house they can call home. As a trained professional whose only full time job is real estate, let me help you navigate the purchase or sale of your next home.
I have lived in the Tri-Cities virtually my entire life. I attended Eastern WA University, got married and later received my degree with a major in computer science and a minor in communications. I then worked at the chemical depot in Umatilla for six years before pursuing what I refer to as my "dream job". It was at this point that my husband and I decided to remain in the Tri-Cities and make it our home. We have now lived here for 8 years with our three daughters and our dog Rocky.
Over my career in real estate I have received a number of accolades ranging from Rookie of the Year back in 2007 all the way to becoming a member of the Millionaires Club in 2013. Most recently I received an award for having the top number of presales in 2013 for a local builder. On that note, if a new home is a possibility for you, I am certified in new construction and well versed in all aspects of the building process.
I greatly enjoy real estate; I am an experienced negotiator and have a true passion for providing the highest level of personal service to my clientele. At the end of the day, whether you are in the market to sell, or are in pursuit of a newly constructed home, an established home, or a piece of property, I would love to assist you every step of the way.
Give me a call, or stop by and say hello, I would be delighted to meet both you, and your real estate needs.
