She was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island. Her family ties lead her into the Queens and
Long Island areas. Her grandfather, Nick
Tomeo, was a realtor in the Ozone Park and Howard Beach area beginning almost
sixty (60) years ago. He was known as
"the mayor" of Ozone Park. His
easy going friendly manner, along with business savvy helped LeeAnn become who
she is today.
After purchasing and completely remodeling her own home, she has personal
experience with special assessments, easements, building permit processes, etc.
"Walking in clients' shoes" made LeeAnn acutely aware of the
anxieties, fears, and frustrations clients face, and taught her that thorough
preparation is the smoothest, fastest route to an easy closing. Her main
priority is to make sure that her own clients have all the information and
tools necessary, while giving them one-on-one service and attention.
After high school she attended Queens College.
She then went straight to the financial industry working for Shearson
Lehman Brothers. Her diligence and hard work payed off with an Office Manager Job
for QAS. A Stock Research company that dealt with multi-million dollar
