Kyle Swicegood will never forget where he came from. Nor will this accomplished business man lose sight of the lessons he learned from the single most influential person in his life-his grandmother. To this day, Kyle vividly recalls the trips he would take to his grandmother's store. He thinks back with great fondness at how the local farmers would stop by to share news about their crops and talk about the "great war." It was there, at this quintessential North Carolina country store, that Kyle learned the value of a dollar, a strong work ethic and, perhaps most notably, the importance of treating each customer like family. In his career as a trusted real estate professional who focuses on helping people maximize their investment opportunities, Kyle maintains the timeless values he learned growing up. Whether you're living in the country and seeking to maximize your return on your acreage, farm or estate, or you're looking for commercial investment opportunities in the Triad, it's comforting to work with a seasoned professional who treats you like part of the family and puts your needs first. Kyle says. "The year I was born, my father founded Swicegood Real Estate." Kyle truly knows the business inside and out. He uses this extensive knowledge to protect your best interests not only for today, but for the years ahead as well.If you're an investor, you deserve to work with an expert guide who helps you capitalize on your real estate opportunities. That's Kyle Swicegood. He proves that a unique blend of Small Town Values with Big City Edge makes for simply outstanding results.
Kyle has continued to increase his knowledge in real estate through postgraduate studies through the Commercial Real Estate Institute located in Chicago, IL, receiving the designation Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in June of 2000. Kyle is well-versed in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, Land aquisition and disposition, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. He can create and analyze pro-formas for all types of income producing property.
