Being in Real Estate for quite sometime has continuously motivated me to seek opportunities that could lead to innovation, preparation and success. My past experiences as a history school teacher, marketing coordinator, as well as purchasing my first home have all served to shape my winning philosophy of being a service provider to all and not just another sales person. I know first hand, originally being born in Brazil, how transitioning to a new home, whether it be someone's first purchase or simply a vacation house, how difficult it can be not having the proper guidance in the process. Pat first became licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts in the late 60's. She had 4 small children and this was a great way for her to work part time on weekends while her husband watched their children. She first worked in Reading, Massachusetts for Caleb Pierce and then went to the bordering town of Stoneham to work with GR Associates who had just purchased a franchise with Century 21. It was a very exciting time "back then". The Century 21 system was changing the way realtors handled customers - both Buyers and Sellers. It was the beginning of a new era in real estate and it continues today. The training was intense and the business took on a new professionalism. Pat had a great deal of success in a very short time with GR Associates and soon was among their top producers. In 1980 Pat and her family relocated to Foxboro, Massachusetts and they purchased a home through Century 21 The Lovely Agency. The owner of the agency was at the closing and asked Pat to join his office. Again, Pat was a top producer. She worked there until she and her husband purchased a home in Celebration, Florida in 2003. Pat thought she was going to retire - but, the "bug bit" and she got her license to practice real estate in Florida. "I think this business is in my blood - I can't seem to get away from it. I truly enjoy serving people and meeting their housing needs and don't think I could ever totally quit."
