Dave was born and raised in Traverse City, and is proud to call this area home with his wife, Julie. After attending GVSU and receiving his B.S. in Hospitality Management he had the opportunity work in large full service hotels and to open and manage two eco-friendly boutique hotels in Holland and Grand Rapids, MI. Relying on over 10 years of customer service and property management experience Dave looks forward using his skills to build relationships and help clients in any way that he can.

Carolyn and her husband Don of 36 years relocated to Traverse City 24 years ago with their three children. She owned and managed successful businesses in Traverse City and Elk Rapids for several years prior to launching her real estate career. She enjoys spending time with her family, which now includes three grandchildren, hiking with her two dogs, traveling and playing piano.

Dana is excited to bring her 7 years of real estate experience to Century 21 Northland, where she is actively growing her referral-based business. "This is such a great place to live!", she has a win-win attitude which is both contagious and pleasant. "Moving to Traverse City to raise our children, was the best decision their father and I ever made!" Dana's daughter, Jamie Chapman, is a graduate of Dartmouth College and is currently pursuing the sport of rowing as an elite athlete at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Vermont. Briggs Chapman, Dana's son, is studying Product Design at the University of Oregon where he also heads up UO SNOW, the University's freestyle ski and snowboard club. You may recognize her as a participant or volunteer at numerous community events ranging from the National Writers Series (NWS) to the Iceman Cometh (mountain bike race). Or, from the sidelines as an enthusiast of youth athletics, often ringing her cowbell.
