I was in the Mortgage business for 15 years before becoming a realtor and have been a realtor since 1999. Brazoria and Harris counties are my areas. I am a member of the Brazoria county MLS and HAR MLS. I am experienced in working with HUD and REO foreclosures.
Developing a relationship with someone you feel comfortable with and can put your trust in, is very important in the process of buying or selling a home.
How do you get started? Just give me a call or email me. We can get started together. If you stop in the Brazoria Office, don't be surprised to be greeted by Oscar (He doesn't know he's a dog) He's been coming to work with me since I started full time in 2003

Building relationships one home at a time.
Because Vee Graves moved numerous times, she jokingly says that her background in real estate began before she was a licensed realtor. She has been involved in real estate, in some form or fashion, since 1981, when she started working at Gerald D. Hines Commercial Real Estate as a broker assistant, before getting her license and moving to residential real estate in 2009. She empathizes with clients who find the experience of buying or selling a home an emotional one, and dedicates herself to helping them make the transition as smooth as possible.
Vee has a strong sense of the "visual" aspects to purchasing and selling, and gives great advice on low cost improvements to make a positive impact on your sell. Those who know and work with Vee attest to the qualities that make her stand out as a professional and a realtor: commitment to excellence; people-to-people connectivity; strong desire to meet client goals; and, build long-term, satisfying relationships with buyers and sellers, so that they come back to her and bring their friends.
Vee is a native Texas and has a heart for volunteering in the community which she loves- especially for women at risk, the elderly and babies. She feels blessed in her life with her husband Ron, her children and grandchildren and knows the importance of giving back.
