Born and raised in a small town sixty miles outside of downtown Chicago, Steven Powers has thoroughly enjoyed making the transition from rural to urban living in the West Loop after having gained significant experience in finish carpentry and residential construction as well as having served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 8 years. Since purchasing his first home at the age of 20, Steven realized the importance of investing in real estate and decided to pursue his passion for sales after returning from an active duty deployment to Afghanistan in 2009.

Also, how and why foreign investment in the United States has increased exponentially over the last few years as investors capitalize on the stable U.S. real estate market. Attendees will additionally be able to obtain the prestigious CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) at the seminar.
