I also enjoy helping people sell for whatever reason they are selling. Sometimes the circumstances are happy such as "getting a bigger home for a growing family" sometimes they are quite unpleasant - but I still help them settle an estate or proceed with a divorce, this is a necessary step in moving forward with their lives.
